  • Bowl Your Best Game Ever

You’ve just seen your very first test cricket match and you are determined to get your play up to the level of the players you’ve just watched. Getting the best in cricket equipment can make your practice more enjoyable and the more you practice the more likely you are to succeed in the sport.

Test cricket is the longest form of the sport of cricket, with test matches being played at a national level. The International Cricket Council sets a match to ‘Test Status’ and only the best players from individual countries are able to participate. There are four innings played with two teams having eleven players and the match itself will take place over the course of up to five days. Test cricket is considered to be a test of both playing ability and endurance in the sport. Much fun has been poked in both movies and popular literature about the long duration of a cricket match, and indeed it is hard for those not raised with the sport to understand how fans can stay keen for the better part of a work week.

Interestingly, test matches are actually a subset of the highest level of cricket. A team representing their country must perform outstandingly compared to others in the ‘test’ category. As recently as 2010, only nine national teams have attained Test status, the most recent addition to this elite group being Bangladesh, with Zimbabwe being included in the list of countries allowed to play in test matches, even though they have been suspended from test match play since January 2006 due to poor performance by the national team. This suspension is due to be restored by May 2011.

We Cover You With Style No Matter How Large the Task

“If you find buying clothes off the rack to be a challenge, and clerks at your favorite clothing store are starting to avoid direct eye contact when you walk through the door, it might be time really have a look at where your taste in clothes is taking you.

For starters, if you’ve got a large frame to start with, it may not look good in the latest popular style for men. Simply because a manufacture has bothered making a certain style in a 4XL, doesn’t mean that they’re interested in how well it will look once you put it on. With the increasing size of people over all, many retails have added a Mr. Big and Tall section to their mens wear departments and you can be more comfortable knowing that in this area of the store, someone is going to understand your particular sartorial challenges.

If you are facing fashion challenges on a daily basis due to your size, here are some basic faux pas you’ll see around you along with some simple suggestions to keep you looking good while maintaining your style sense.

1. Do your best to wear your pants actually AT your waistline. Having your belt around your chest is good for some laughs, but if you want people focus on your PowerPoint presentation instead of the power of your belly, you would be well advised to wear pants that are at least close to the same waist size as you are. Investing in a nice pair of discreet suspenders will keep pants where they are supposed to be and correctly adjusting the tension of these useful accessories will ensure your presentation goes off without a hitch.

2. In the reverse of the above difficulty, pants may end up going so low that your dress shirt comes untucked. Make sure that your pants are up to as close to your natural waistline as possible (this is NOT the point immediately above your hip bones no matter what you tell yourself) do your belt up tightly or add the suspenders mentioned above and do your utmost to find a dress shirt with longer tails that can be tucked in securely. If any shirt you choose simply will not stay inside your pants, consider going with a shirt that can be left untucked.

3. Ties have always been one size fits all, so some practise will be necessary to ensure that they find a knot that helps them to accomplish the two basic purposes of a tie, which is to cover shirt buttons and bisect the vertical line of a jacket while providing some visual relieve to the acres and acres of shirtfront your audience may be faced with.”
